Like many other countries in Europe, you may have heard that the UK Government has announced new measures to combat COVID-19.
In England, these take effect from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December:
· Universities are to stay open but a number of businesses and other services such as non-essential shops and venues will close
· Everyone is required to stay at home where possible although there are exceptions, including related to work and education
· Gatherings are prevented, with some exceptions
In light of this announcement, the Universities are continuing to work. The Universities has been absolutely delighted to welcome so many international students back to campus since the start of autumn semester and to support all students through our pioneering online learning experience platform.
